01 Who I am

I find the shortest path between a complex product and the person staring at it.

For the past decade I’ve designed software for fintech, govtech, real estate, healthcare and SaaS teams across the world—as a senior UX designer, a design lead, and a co-founder of my own studio, Flowless.

My staple is UX: research, strategy, flows, and the unglamorous work of making things make sense. The pretty pixels come after—and they do come.

A faster way through traffic-event review.

Led the UX for an enforcement platform used across jurisdictions: from managers still allocating work in Excel, to processors reviewing evidence, citizens paying or appealing online, and court reviewers making a final call.
